Time Team America, a PBS television series of archaeology unearthed post holes at Fort Raleigh National Historic Site, Roanoke Island, North Carolina as seen on their 07-08-09 episode ‘Fort Raleigh’. Sam Sumner, Director of the Lost Colony Project claims the post holes are the northern corner of a previously documented and described wall by remote viewer George McMullen in 1995.

Roanoke Island, NC August 18, 2009 — The Lost Colony Project announces that a site at the Fort Raleigh National Historic Site on Roanoke Island, North Carolina has been identified on the basis of guidance using a scientific protocol called Remote Viewing which allows individuals, using only the power of their minds, to describe persons, places, or events, from which they are shielded because of the interposition of either time or space, or both.

Canadian Remote Viewer, George McMullen of British Columbia, perhaps the best known Archaeological Remote Viewer ever studied by science, provided The Lost Colony Project, in the person of its Director, Sam Sumner, with the location of the previously unknown location, including highly specific descriptive information as to what would be found. This technique has been previously used for archaeological work that resulted in the discovery of Cleopatra’s Palace, and Mark Antony’s Timonium, in Alexandria Egypt — in which McMullen also participated — and by the CIA, for intelligence work.

In 1995 McMullen visited the site, and produced what he calls an intuitive survey. He described and gave a party of archaeologists, park rangers and a museum curator a tour of the settlement of the lost colonists living in a long house surrounded by a wall. McMullen went on to describe the locations of three bodies, a soldier’s barracks, powder shed, storage area, dock and a well.

Time Team America, a PBS TV series excavated and filmed this recognized McMullen Site at the Fort Raleigh Historic Site and broadcast the process and the findings. Post holes were unearthed which are the northern corner of a previously known wall dubbed “The McMullen Wall” by Sam Sumner. Archeologist Eric Deetz in the PBS episode said “I’m going out on a limb, this looks like early 17th century building posts.”

August 2009 New Moon

by admin on August 19, 2009

Dear Friends,

The next new moon forms on Thursday, August 20, at 3:02 AM PDT at 28º Leo. This is the fourth of five SuperMoons this year, when the Moon is at both perigee (its closest approach to the Earth) and syzygy (either at New or Full phase), intensifying its gravitational pull on tides, tectonic plates, and our psyches as well.

What we were born to do? What were we born to be? What brings us joy? These are the questions that Leo seeks to answer. This is the sign of the Lion and the quest of the lion-hearted. It takes courage to be true to ourselves, to keep moving in the direction of our dreams, our dharma, our destiny. We are subjected to so much programming, so much pressure to conform, to kowtow, to compromise our integrity. All those pressures make it difficult for us to know and live our essence, our authentic self. When we accomplish that, we fulfill our role, our singular place in the grand scheme of things. Ethel Waters summed it up beautifully: “God don’t make no junk.” Each one of us is a treasure — a unique, irreplaceable expression of the Divine. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be genuine and joyful. No one else can be you.

This New Moon highlights the ongoing conjunction of Jupiter, Chiron, and Neptune in Aquarius, reminding us that the more we become who we really are, the easier it is to find our team — those who are playing by the same rules and aiming for the same goal. This rare conjunction marks one of the major milestones heading toward the Age of Aquarius — the age of liberty, equality, and freedom for all, the age of unity in diversity. Unity does not mean uniformity; it is the synergy generated from the expression of each unique individual. United, we experience peace and abundance; divided, we fall into discord and destruction. Jupiter in Aquarius increases understanding and tolerance, making it easier to see beyond superficial differences of gender, race, or religion. Chiron in Aquarius helps to heal the wounds of ignorance and fear. Neptune in Aquarius dissolves the barriers, borders, and beliefs that keep us from recognizing our interconnectedness and our divinity.

This New Moon is further potentized by the formation of a very powerful grand cross. The ongoing Saturn–Uranus opposition and the approaching Uranus–Pluto square are aspected by Mars at 27° Gemini and Mercury at 24° Virgo. This generates three oppositions and six squares, demanding real, not cosmetic changes. We stand at yet another important crossroads. Pluto, the archetype of the dark, the unknown, the evolutionary imperative — points the way forward. Each one of us, along with the whole human race, is progressing into uncharted territory, which the old maps depicted as blank spaces, at best, and “There be dragons” at worst. Like the image of the Fool in the Tarot, we are stepping off into the great unknown. If you are feeling some doubt, worry, or trepidation, welcome to the club. Fear is a message that we have reached a new frontier. Meditate and dialogue with each of these archetypes. Invoke Uranus in Pisces for inspiration, Saturn and Mercury in Virgo for practical solutions, Mars in Gemini for courage, and Pluto in Capricorn for the strength to “feel the fear and do it anyway” (the title of a wonderful book by Susan Jeffers).

Watch your day and night dreams closely, as the Sun squares Neptune on Monday (8/17). Beware of impatience, especially around Tuesday (8/18), as Mars forms an exact square to Uranus that day. Make time around the New Moon on Thursday (8/20) for a date with your higher Self. What do you know in your heart of hearts? What keeps coming back around in your life? Write your “Bucket List.”  Remember: “Our true wants are our umbilical cord to God/the Universe” (Mary Georgia).

Namaste,

Stephanie Austin

Nondual Healing

August 5, 2009

Without the rigidity of concepts, the world becomes transparent and illuminated, as though lit from within. With this understanding, the interconnectedness of all that lives becomes very clear. A natural Ability

August 5, 2009

All of us have a natural capacity to be intuitive; however for many people these natural talents have been suppressed or forgotten. Living with the stresses of the 21st century will suppress intuition as well. Energy Therapy For Quicker Healing
Researchers now say that practitioners don’t have to use a lot of force or pressure to elicit the body’s own healing response as the body has its own energy or “biomagnetic field” produced by the heart and circulatory system. That field can be altered by acupuncture needles, light and touch [...]

Weaving the webs

July 26, 2009

Medical intuition is where science and intuition weave together to create health and wellbeing. A medical intuitive sees the human energy fields and systems. Medical intuition is the term used to describe ways to gather health related information using intuitive abilities.
Many scientific studies have demonstrated the reality of intuition for getting information which is remote [...]
